Elizabeth Grace: Nara Pai

Some of the upcoming blog posts are going to be about models that we have sourced for the Southampton Solent Graduate Fashion Show. We have found some great models to walk the catwalk and show off the incredible collections created by the Fashion Design students.

Nara Pai is a model we have sourced for the show and here is a taster of what she does.

"I have been a model for 6 years. I firstly stepped into this field in my hometown, Thailand, and it was really the good start for me."

"I cannot define the most favourite job for every job I have ever worked is a valuable stepping stone leading me to further improvement. I'm fond of being a hair model, catwalk model, and commercial model.

Additionally, there are four modelling jobs which I'm really impressed with.

1. Being a hair model for World Hair Contest 2012 in Thailand

2. Being a model for promoting Toni Bridal shops official website.

3. Being a model of Dark Romantic Theme for Kultur Magazine submission

4. Being a model for Elina Lukas "Look Back Theme" Exhibition held in London"

"I'm serious to pursue this field for a career after I have been given several opportunities

to be a model in the UK. I'm really grateful with all the experiences I got from professionals in the fashion industry here who believe in my potential and are happy to put me in their projects."

Below are some examples of modelling that Nara has undertaken to give you an idea of the kind of work she does. Her modelling career is going very well and we hope she gains more publicity from walking at the Southampton Solent Graduate Fashion Show.
